Privacy notice

This notice explains what studify.solutions collects and why. The site is run by Pavel Slapovskii, trading as Studify, Podgorica, Montenegro (the controller). Write to support@studify.today with any question about your data.

The contact form

When you send a message through the form, we receive your name, your email address, the company you name (optional) and the text of the message. The message is delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor, and kept in the mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant, at most two years. We use it only to answer you.

Analytics

The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you: page views are counted in aggregate, with a hashed identifier that lives for one day. It needs no consent and runs for every visitor.

Google Analytics runs only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner. Until then nothing is loaded from Google. If you allow it, it sets two first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) holding a random identifier for at most thirteen months, and sends Google the pages you view, the page you came from, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It also records that a message was sent through the form, never what it said. Google Ireland Limited provides the service as our processor; Google may process the data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics keeps user-level data for two months. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and no advertising pixels run on this site.

The legal basis is your consent. You can change your answer at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; declining removes the Google Analytics cookies.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel. Server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) are kept by the host for a short time for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Email support@studify.today; we answer within thirty days.

Changes

The date above is the current version. If the notice changes materially, the date changes with it.
