What we need from you
- A clear picture of the learner: level, goal, language.
- Materials or a rubric — a programme, an exam protocol, a syllabus.
- Someone who can say what good looks like and read transcripts with us.
- A checkout or another way to admit learners, if you have one.
Questions partners ask
- Do we need our own servers?
- No. The platform runs the voice agent and the web app; a product gets its own deployment and its own data roles. You need a domain and a repository for your content.
- Who owns the content?
- You do. Curriculum, tickets, texts and voice settings live in your repository under the delivery contract. The engine stays ours.
- Where is the data stored?
- In EU regions: databases, audio and analytics. Consent is collected by scope, erasure runs across every store, retention is by rule.
- Which languages can the tutor speak?
- Any language the speech providers support well. English and European Portuguese are live; we check recognition and voice quality for your language before a pilot.
- How long does a pilot take?
- Four to six weeks from materials to a group of real learners, including an evaluation set for the tutor's behaviour.
- What does a lesson cost to run?
- It depends on avatar mode and lesson length. The variable cost is known per lesson and bounded by design, which is why there are no unlimited plans. We share the numbers for your configuration before a pilot.
