Who it is for
Candidates preparing for the CIPLE A2 (European Portuguese) and DELE A2 (Spanish) exams who take prep2go's mock exams.
The problem
The oral part is where candidates fail and where practice is scarce. An examiner's time is expensive, and a candidate rarely gets to rehearse the whole protocol — timed, with a stranger — more than once or twice.
What we built
- A product built on the Studify platform with its own examiners, exam phases, ticket pools and voices, all as data.
- Two exams: CIPLE A2 with a European Portuguese examiner and DELE A2 with a Castilian Spanish one.
- Three exam parts in ten minutes with timed transitions; the examiner answers what the candidate says, not a script.
- Ticket pools of 92 questions, 15 pictures and 18 topics for CIPLE and 72 questions, 11 pictures and 17 topics for DELE; every attempt draws a fresh ticket.
- A protocol of every attempt — transcript, phases and timings, the drawn ticket — goes to prep2go for checking. We run the exam; the checking is theirs.
- Billing of attempts on our side: prep2go reports a paid order, we credit the attempts, keep their account and open the exam with a single-use signed link, with no second sign-up.
How it is delivered
- Content and configuration live in the product's own repository, where the partner's contractor works; the platform builds the product from a pinned release.
- A deployment of its own, separate from every other product on the platform.
- A preview lane for the partner's contractor: push to a branch, see it on a preview domain within minutes.
